The International Sweeteners Association (ISA) is pleased to announce its participation for a second consecutive year to the 35th International Symposium on Diabetes and Nutrition, in Skagen, Denmark from June 19th to 22th, 2017.

The symposium represents the annual meeting of the Diabetes and Nutrition Study Group (DNSG) of the European Association for the study of Diabetes (EASD). It brings together international scientists, physicians, and dietitians to showcase the latest advances from basic science to clinical trials in diabetes and nutrition through plenary lectures, panel discussions, and oral and poster abstract presentations.

About ISA participation

The International Sweeteners Association (ISA) will be present at the 35th International Symposium on Diabetes and Nutrition by hosting an information booth to address any questions on low calorie sweeteners’ use, safety and role in a healthy diet, and to contribute to the scientific dialogue about the role of a healthy diet in the prevention and management of diabetes. We invite all delegates to visit the ISA information booth in the exhibition area to also receive new ISA resources for health professionals including the latest ISA leaflet on ‘Low calorie sweeteners: Insights into their use, benefits and role in a healthy diet’.
