A Biblioteca Científica é uma área de fácil pesquisa que providencia acesso a sumários breves e resumos com as conclusões principais dos estudos científicos mais importantes publicados em revistas submetidas a revisão pelos pares, sobre a segurança dos adoçantes sem ou de baixas calorias, os benefícios e o papel na alimentação.
Ao abranger uma ampla variedade de tópicos como o papel dos adoçantes sem ou de baixas calorias na gestão do peso e obesidade, o seu uso na gestão da diabetes, o seu impacto na saúde oral, a sua segurança, o papel do sabor doce no geral, cientistas e profissionais de saúde podem facilmente encontrar aqui todos os últimos estudos da literatura científica.
