Expert consensus on low calorie sweeteners: facts, research gaps and suggested actions

A new study published in the peer-reviewed scientific journal Nutrition Research Reviews presents the reliable facts, the knowledge gaps and the suggested actions in relation to the role of low/no calorie sweeteners in public health and nutrition policy, as agreed by seventeen academic and scientific experts who participated in a workshop in London on 7 November 2018.
