23rd International Congress of Nutrition (ICN-IUNS 2025)

The International Sweeteners Association (ISA) is delighted to be participating in the 23rd International Congress of Nutrition (ICN-IUNS 2025), which will take place from 24 to 29 August 2025 in Paris, France.

Organised every four years by the International Union of Nutritional Sciences (IUNS), the Congress gathers leading scientists, researchers, health professionals, and policy makers from across the globe to exchange the latest evidence and innovations in the field of nutrition science.

At ICN-IUNS 2025, the ISA will be present with an exhibition booth (n° 15), where delegates are invited to stop by and access scientific resources and printed materials related to low/no calorie sweeteners. Visitors will find evidence-based information on the role and benefits of these ingredients in the diet, their safety, and how they can support public health goals, including sugar reduction. Copies of the ISA booklet “Low/no calorie sweeteners: Role and benefits” will also be available.

We look forward to connecting with nutrition professionals and researchers in Paris to contribute to the global dialogue on science-based solutions for a healthier future.
